We offer four levels of service; Managed Servers, Hosted Servers, Web Hosting and Virtualisation.
A Managed service provides dedicated server/s, either located in your office or housed at Perceptive Online.
A Hosted service allows you to 'rent' a percentage of a shared server that is housed at Perceptive Online. All of our services are bespoke, tailored to your needs.
Managed Servers
This service is most suited for medium to large companies, however, is available to any sized operation. We provide maintenance, management and support of your server/s. Including, installation, security monitoring and back ups. Our servers are monitored using PA Server Monitor. You also have access to our team of IT support staff.
Hosted Servers
Allows you to be up and running in a very short time (hours rather than days). You still get all the services of a managed server, but share the space with other users. All your information is still secure and can only be accessed by your users.
Shared Web space
Allows you to share a portion of web space. Your website is hosted on one of our secure servers, which is maintained and security monitored by us. It is ideal if you have a relatively small website with a low data transfer rate. There are many different options available as all our packages are bespoke.
Virtualisation
With the launch of Microsoft Windows Server 2008 Hyper-V, server virtualisation – that much-heralded technology - has finally come of age.
